We have several programs in place for the benefit of our residents both current and future, youthful or senior. 

We have an ongoing resident screening process which helps us keep our families safe and surrounded by good neighborsâ˜ș.   

If you are interested in becoming a Resident you must complete a Resident application.  Resident applicants are screened for previous violations of criminal laws and for outstanding wants and or warrants.  So, the likelihood of having a big time criminal as a neighbor is minimized.  Next Resident applicants have their credit and employment records reviewed to assure management and their future neighbors of their past history of financial responsibility, and ability to meet future obligations. 

Once properly screened Resident applicants must agree to a binding property lease agreement with Paul’s Friendly City which provide guidelines for living within the community which include rules and regulations for the benefit of all current and future residents.

Our proactive management style results in a safe, clean, well managed environment in which our families may comfortably and affordably live, often at a cost which is from 30% to 40% or less than for comparable site built housing.
