Paul's Friendly City senior residents save $$ through our SENIOR SKIP PROGRAM. This program is unique to Paul's Friendly City in that our seniors only see rate increases every other year. This help the seniors make their limited income go farther.
Paul's Friendly City also has a program called FIRST LOOK for our seniors. If a senior resident has a home issue with an appliance, furnace, air conditioner or what ever our service people will take a FIRST LOOK with the senior home owner to see if it is something simple that can be resolved simply with out calling in a more expensive outside service person.
